As you’re buying a film online, and it’s a film that you can view immediately, under normal circumstances we cannot accept any returns or refund any money. The instructions and the film are considered to have been consumed the moment you buy your film and download the instructions. We will of course assist and make sure that it works, and if you have any problems please contact our customer support.

Films and accompanying texts will serve as advice and support on how to develop your dog according to your wishes. If you are in doubt about how to do, contact a professional dog trainer. Hundskolan Vision accepts no liability for any damage that occurs to you, your dog or anyone in your area.
